Rust stains are caused by chemical reactions in casting products. Of course, precision casting products are no exception. They inevitably appear rust stains, which will greatly affect the aesthetics of the products. So the precision casting factory finds that rust should be resolved? Please refer to the following two methods:

1. Rust removal: The impeller of the shot blasting machine rotates at high speed to disperse the abrasive on the surface of the alloy steel casting. Abrasives fly out at high speed to impact and rub the surface of alloy steel castings to remove rust and scale on the surface of alloy precision castings.

The method has high efficiency, good rust removal quality, and a certain degree of roughness can be obtained on the surface of alloy steel castings, which is beneficial to the adhesion of the paint film, and has low labor intensity and shallow dyes. Therefore, precision casting manufacturers should give priority to this method.

2. Removal of spray rust: spray the soap that has been separated from oil and water from the nozzle at high speed and spray abrasives, the pressure of compressed air is usually 4-0.6mpa. Manufacturers of precision castings will use the friction and pressure shocks generated when the high-speed warp yarn machine comes in contact with the alloy steel castings to remove scale and rust on the surface.

This method does not require a fixed position, and has high efficiency, high flexibility of the injection point, and no dead ends. In addition to good operability, it also has a certain degree of roughness on the surface of alloy steel castings and helps the adhesion of paint film.
